These Terms of Service govern your use of RR Media's website and services, including WhatsApp Marketing, SMS Marketing, Voice Call Marketing, RCS SMS Marketing, Web Design & Development, and Digital Marketing.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging RR Media's services or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
We provide two delivery models across WhatsApp, SMS, Voice Call, and RCS SMS marketing:
- Client database delivery — you provide your own customer database and content via our self-service panels
- RR Media database delivery — we deliver your content through our own validated, opted-in database to reach new customers
3. Client Responsibilities
If you provide your own customer database, you warrant that:
- You have obtained proper consent from all contacts to receive marketing communications
- The database complies with applicable data protection and telecom regulations (including TRAI/DLT requirements in India)
- You will not use our services to send unsolicited, misleading, or illegal content
4. Campaign Content Guidelines
All campaign content must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy, TRAI regulations, and applicable Indian law. We reserve the right to decline campaigns that violate these standards.
5. Partner Program
Partners offering our services under their own brand (white-label) remain the primary point of contact for their clients. Partners are responsible for their own client agreements; RR Media's relationship is with the partner, not the partner's end clients, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be agreed upon separately for each engagement.
7. Intellectual Property
Content, designs, and materials created by RR Media for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. RR Media retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests confidentiality.
8. Limitation of Liability
RR Media is not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, telecom carriers, etc.) beyond our reasonable control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice, as specified in individual service agreements.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in West Bengal.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Note: This is a general-purpose terms of service template reflecting your business model. Given the regulatory considerations involved in bulk messaging (TRAI/DLT registration, WhatsApp Business Policy, consumer protection law), we recommend having this reviewed by a qualified lawyer before publishing it as final.
