Numbers must have 8–15 digits including the country code. Indian mobile numbers should be 10 digits. Check for missing or extra digits.
If many people you message report or block you, WhatsApp may restrict your number. Only message people who know you or have agreed to hear from you. For large campaigns, use the official API.
